- Introduction and material Depression with Tibetan Method3

A practical introduction to how Tibetan Medicine and Neuro Reflexology may support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and depression-related imbalances in both children and adults.
This course combines Tibetan therapeutic philosophy with Neuro Reflexology methods for the face, feet, and hands, offering structured approaches for emotional regulation and supportive therapeutic work related to depression, emotional overload, and trauma.
According to Tibetan Medicine, depression is not viewed as one single condition, but as six different depressive states — each requiring a different therapeutic understanding and treatment approach.
Students are introduced to the relationship between:
✔ Emotional balance
✔ The Central Nervous System
✔ Tibetan Medicine philosophy
✔ Oriental meridian theory
✔ Neuro Reflexology stimulation methods
The course explores how emotional imbalances and trauma may influence both body and mind, and how reflex stimulation may support regulation and balance.
By completing this course, students will:
✔ Understand the Tibetan theory of physical and emotional balance
✔ Learn the Tibetan philosophy of the six depressive states
✔ Explore the Tibetan understanding of the Central Nervous System and its connection to Oriental meridian systems
✔ Learn three complementary methods of analysis
✔ Apply practical Neuro Reflexology protocols for emotional imbalance and depression support
✔ Integrate Face, Foot, and Hand Reflexology within emotional balancing approaches
✔ Learn practical treatment methods for both children and adults
✔ Step-by-step practical demonstrations
✔ Facial, Foot, and Hand Reflexology protocols
✔ Guided practical training
✔ Treatment structuring and protocol adaptation
✔ Practical applications for emotional balance and nervous system regulation
This course includes a written question-based examination designed to evaluate theoretical understanding and practical integration of the Tibetan Neuro Reflexology method.
Students who successfully complete the course and written evaluation receive certification in Depression & Emotional Balance with the Tibetan Method of Neuro Reflexology.
✔ Reflexologists and therapists
✔ Healthcare and wellness professionals
✔ Professionals working with emotional support
✔ Individuals interested in Tibetan Medicine and Neuro Reflexology
✔ Therapists working with children and adults experiencing emotional imbalance
This course combines Tibetan Medicine philosophy, Neuro Reflexology, emotional-balancing principles, and nervous-system regulation into a practical and accessible therapeutic approach.
The focus is on understanding emotional imbalance from both energetic and neuro-regulatory perspectives, while providing practical tools to support emotional stability, grounding, and internal balance.
